At BabyTallow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are handcrafted skincare items, we have specific requirements for returns to ensure safety and hygiene for all our customers.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with any seals intact.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at babytallowuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. For your convenience, returns via Royal Mail typically cost £3.50. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
